Now, you might be asking: why just Francophone Africa? Why not the whole continent?🤔 Great question!
Let's get to know each other a bit better before we jump in...

My roots are spread across Francophone West Africa, born in Ivory Coast and raised in Senegal and Mali, my grandparents' homelands. In 2019, I dropped out of my Law Studies and embarked on a new chapter, moving to Rwanda to pursue my academic journey at the African Leadership University. Those 5 years were transformative, but my foundation was laid much earlier.
At 13, my dad gifted me the Dale Carnegie book “Comment se faire des amis”, sparking a lifelong interest in personal development and leadership that continues to guide me today.

My childhood was a tapestry woven from stories and heroes. Every night, my grandmother, Sadjo, would regale us with tales of Soundjata Keita, the mighty king of Mali, his life a series of lessons she hoped would guide our future.
Books also played a pivotal role. Tears flowed with each reading of "Les Frasques d'Ebinto," a novel that mirrored my own first forays into writing letters to my father.
LĂ©opold SĂ©dar Senghor's poetry ignited a passion for language and awakened a budding political awareness within me.
Philosophy entered my world at 15, Plato's "Allegory of the Cave" becoming a life-changing revelation. It sparked a deep dive into the works of political giants, from Aristotle to Marx. Fun fact: high school me harboured a secret dream of becoming a philosopher and escaping the ordinary.
Music arrived later, in 2009. A track called "Mes Repères" by La Fouine, a favorite of my older cousin, introduced me to the world of rap, which remains my constant companion.
Basketball entered the picture in 2013, and Kobe Bryant became an instant inspiration. His dedication and work ethic continue to fuel my own daily efforts. Rest in power, legend.

My entrepreneurial spirit bloomed early, starting with IKS Service, a door-to-door business I launched at the impressive age of 8, selling up to a thousand goods annually!
While pursuing my studies, I continued to inspire by founding Lincompris, a media platform dedicated to empowering the next generation of Francophone leaders. My passion for this region led me to intern at ALU, where I helped bridge the gap for Francophone students seeking to join the university.
This initial foray into the corporate world was followed by a business internship at Google, where I focused on market activation for Francophone Africa.
Fueled by a desire to make a difference, I then joined the innovative startup NappyMe, a company dedicated to revolutionizing beauty for black women. Starting as an intern, my dedication led to a promotion to Managing Director.
My leadership skills were further honed at Anka Africa, where I took on the role of Sales Team Lead.
Satisfied with my previous contributions, Google called me back, offering me a full-time position as a Customer Growth Strategist specifically focused on the French market. This exciting role allows me to combine my entrepreneurial spirit with my passion for the Francophone African market.
Beyond the clock
When I'm not hustling, you'll find me:
Devouring interviews: I soak up knowledge and inspiration from hearing others' stories.
Hooping it up: There's nothing like the thrill of competition on the basketball court.
Putting pen to paper: I explore life's complexities and delve into topics that ignite my curiosity through writing.
Once again nice to e-meet you and thanks for joining Inside Franco Africa.
